The staff at the Ascot Hotel have years of experience in catering for weddings, special functions and events. Whether you want a full sit down dinner with silver service or a light buffet lunch the Ascot can cater for you needs.
Mackey’s Restaurant can seat up to 110 for a sit down meal or 120 for a buffet. The restaurant has a separate entrance from the Hotel enabling you to keep your event a truly private function.
Over the years we have catered for a wide range of special occaissions including Weddings, Christenings, Wedding Anniversaries, Birthdays, Society Dinners and Lunches.
Music & Dancing
The restaurant has a dance floor and space for a live band if required. We can arrange a DJ if you like or you can book your own. The restaurant has a built in sound system and you can bring your own CDs to play during the event.
Bar & Drinks
You can arrange to have drinks served on arrival, we offer a choice of House Sparkling Wines, Champagne or Bucks Fizz.
A full cash bar is available in the restaurant. Last Orders is at 12.15am and music must finish by 12.30am.
Wedding Packages
We can arrange Flowers, Cars, Suit-Hire, Table Decorations, Photography and Video. We also offer reduced rates for guests wishing to stay overnight.
Christmas Party Nights
We are now taking bookings for office Christmas parties on Friday and Saturday evenings in December. Price for the meal is £30 per person and includes a glass of bubbly on arrival to get the party started and DJ for the evening. Special overnight stay rates of £30 per person including breakfast( based on 2 sharing ) are available to anyone attending a Christmas Party Night. Please call us on 675081 for details and bookings
