Can I pay by cheque ?

Cheques are only accepted for payment if they have cleared before you arrive. We would recommend sending a cheque at least 10 days in advance of your stay if you wish to pay via this method

Do you require a deposit?

During busy periods in the summer, a deposit may be required and taken. At most other times, a valid credit card simply to hold any reservation is sufficient.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Stays cancelled or amended within 48 hours of arrival will not be charged for, anything done after this time period will liable for charges of full payment for the first night's stay. This policy does not apply for especially busy weeks such as TT week or MGP when a separate cancellation policy of 4 weeks exists.

What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo

Can I book online?

Yes of course you can ! Simply use the Check Availability form which can be found on the left on most pages within this website. Once you have confirmed availability you can then reserve rooms online using our secure bookings system.

How do I make a group Booking?

All Group reservations are handled personally by the General Manager who can be emailed on info@ascothotel.im.
