All Group reservations are handled personally by the General Manager who can be emailed on info@ascothotel.im.
Cheques are only accepted for payment if they have cleared before you arrive. We would recommend sending a cheque at least 10 days in advance of your stay if you wish to pay via this method
During busy periods in the summer, a deposit may be required and taken. At most other times, a valid credit card simply to hold any reservation is sufficient.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Visa Debit
Stays cancelled or amended within 48 hours of arrival will not be charged for, anything done after this time period will liable for charges of full payment for the first night’s stay. This policy does not apply for especially busy weeks such as TT week or MGP when a separate cancellation policy of 4 weeks exists.
A late check out facility is available ( subject to room availability, of course!!) up to 6pm at a charge of £30 per room
The hotel does not have a private car park, however there is unrestricted free street parking in the vacinity of the building.
Full Manx breakfast is served from 7am to 9.30 am
The hotel operates a secure wireless network which is free of charge for our guests.You can also get coverage from the bar, lounge and reception area.
We do suggest that you contact us if you are planning on arriving after 11.00pm as the reception staff may lock the door for security reasons.
Check out time is 10.30am. A late check out facility to 6pm, charged at £30, is available subject to availability.
Your room will be ready for you from 2pm on the day you’re due to arrive.
